What is Healing Yoga? Why should you learn it?

Healing‘ means self-awareness, a cure. Our mind and body are restored and mended to a perfectly balanced condition. When we think of ‘Yoga‘, most of us think it is only asanas. But yoga is not only about asanas. Asanas can keep both our body and mind healthier and can also heal certain diseases in our body. It benefits and balances our body, mind, and heart. But beyond that, there is more to explore in yoga. Let’s uncover the various hidden aspects of healing yoga.

People suffering from emotional, mental, and physical and relationship trauma can be easily cured through healing yoga. When we are painful, sorrow, anxious, or stressful we disconnect ourselves from our inner self and our body. This separation causes all kinds of problems in our mind and body. Through the healing yoga, we can discover ourselves by exploring and dealing with the problems within us.

How to know oneself?

The answer to this question can be experienced by going deeper within our inner self and becoming self-aware. Yoga is the most powerful tool to increase our self-awareness. This self-awareness reconnects and bridges the gap between ourselves and our body thereby returning to a happier and healthier state again.

How can one know about them deeper?

Every human being has a vibrational level and magnetic power inside our body. Our ancestors and even scientists of today discover that there is a certain vibrational frequency in our body that helps to eliminate illness from our bodies. With proper and regular practice, one can bring out that magnetic power which is called healing yoga.

Now the question is how can we bring out that power? Is it only magnetic power?

No, there are more than that. Consider a person with a sugar problem. What will the person do? He may take medicines or any medication, go for walking and even practice yoga, asanas, meditation, and pranayama. In order to get relieved, he will do several things to cure the disease. But beyond this, we have the power to heal this problem. That is the vibrational frequency and magnetic power that can be found within us. We can also use that to heal our problems.

Through the proper practice of healing yoga, we can bring that out and heal ourselves. The positive and negative feelings or thoughts create a greater impact in the vibrational frequency too. So it is important to maintain a higher level of vibrational frequency in order to stay healthier both physically, mentally, and emotionally. Healing yoga helps us to become self-aware and raise our low vibration to a higher level. This higher level and positive vibrations also radiate to our surroundings thereby making the people around us happier.

These vibrations and magnetic power also help us to analyze a person deeply by telling what he thinks deep down inside his heart or mind. Consider that we are speaking to a person who is opposite to us. We can easily observe whether the person’s inner thoughts are reflected outside or he is simply playing around with words with different thinking. We can easily tell what the person is exactly thinking in his mind although his outer projection of speaking to us may differ. Now one question may arise in our mind that we can also understand these through our experiences. Of course, Yes. But there is an advanced stage of it that can be brought out and realized through healing yoga.

Say a  person is coming opposite to you. Just by looking at his face and eyes, you can easily tell what the person beside you is thinking without even seeing him. There are enormous benefits like this. We have a tremendous amount of vibrations and magnetic power in our body, that should be tapped by becoming self-aware. There are simple yoga practices for it that can be performed by everyone. We just have to prioritize and practice it with high interest, involvement, and faith.

When we master it, we will eventually reach the pinnacle of success. We can even guide others through our knowledge and experiences. When we think of other people’s health and happiness, ultimately it reflects back to us since the universe is also vibrating and those vibrations attract us and give us the best things in our life.
